A day in the life of a CTO
What were you doing before hyble?
I was the Identity Subject Matter Expert for the Scottish Government Digital ID Programme.
2. What does a typical day look like for you?
Every day is different. We are extremely fast-paced and always looking for new ways to innovate and work smarter. The key parts of the day are catching up with the Developers, looking at the features we are building, and the extra tasks that need to be managed as we scale.
3. What is it like working for a remote-first company?
I love the commute time, or lack of it! I get extra time with my kids which is really important to me and I think it leads to a healthy work life balance.
4. What excites you the most about your work?
Seeing the impact the product is making, the feedback we get is fantastic and really helps inspire everyone to push a little bit harder to make everything as good as it can be.
